Eric Cressey is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) of the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He received a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the Department of Kinesiology of the University of Connecticut. While he was at the University of Connecticut, he was involved in the varsity conditioning, strength and research at UCONN’s human performance laboratory. Eric was also a graduate of the UNE (University of New England) and has a double major in Sports and Fitness Management and Exercise Science.
